The easiest way is to send me a message through the Contact page, or reach me on Facebook or Instagram, and I will arrange a time that suits you.
I ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the treatment fee, and cancellations inside 24 hours, on the day, or no shows are charged in full. The full policy is on our Contact page.
Come with clean, product-free nails where possible. If you are wearing gel or extensions from elsewhere, I can remove them for you (a removal charge applies, see the price list). Please avoid cutting your cuticles beforehand.
Most clients enjoy two to three weeks of wear before a rebalance, though this varies with your nail growth and lifestyle. Booking your rebalance in good time keeps your nails looking their best.
Apply cuticle oil daily, wear gloves for cleaning and washing up, and try not to use your nails as tools. If a nail chips or lifts, get in touch rather than picking at it.
Nail art is my specialty and what I'm best known for. It is hand-painted, completely bespoke, and has been recognised with industry awards. From a single delicate accent to a full intricate set, anything is possible. It is charged by time, so see the price list for guide timings, and take a look at the Nail Art page.
Not to worry. We offer nail fixes and single-nail repairs, priced on the service list. Just let us know when you book.
Yes, and it is something I love. Nail art is my specialty, and I teach advanced techniques to other professionals at industry events, one to one in my studio, and in small online group sessions, alongside workshops for all levels. See the Nail Art and Training Academy pages.
