A little bit of housekeeping.
These are the terms we both agree to when you book in with me. I have kept them friendly and straightforward. They are simply here so we both know where we stand and your appointment runs beautifully.
The easiest way to book is through my Contact page, or by messaging me on Facebook or Instagram. I will confirm your date and time with you directly, and let you know anything you need to do beforehand.
To secure your appointment I ask for a small deposit. It simply reserves the time I set aside for you, and it comes off the cost of your treatment on the day. If you need to rearrange with enough notice, your deposit moves with you to your new date.
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans change. I just ask for as much notice as you can give.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged at 50% of the treatment fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, on the day, or no-shows, are charged in full.
Where a deposit has been paid, it goes towards any charge.
If you are running behind, please let me know as soon as you can. I will always do my best to give you your full treatment, but out of fairness to the client booked after you, your appointment may need to be shortened, and the full fee still applies.
Your wellbeing matters to me. Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before we begin, as some can affect your treatment. Certain services need a patch test beforehand, so do get in touch in good time if you are booking one of those, and always tell me if anything has changed since your last visit.
The Nail Editor is a dedicated space within my home in Godmanchester, so a few small things help everything run calmly. Please arrive on time rather than early, as I may be finishing with another client. To keep the space relaxed and safe I am not able to welcome extra guests, children, or pets during your appointment. There is easy parking right outside on our quiet street, and if there is space on our driveway, please feel free to use it.
